@St_Rev Try eating nothing but oatmeal/cereal. It's cheap & easy, you don't get hungry, and you lose weight fast. (I do this 2 mos. each yr)

@drethelin@NineBandedBooks Yeah, that bowl of oatmeal (23g net carbs) was a bad idea, will take me days to get diet back under control.
