@St_Rev I really need to get more systematic about thawing meats from the freezer before I want to eat them
@drethelin Well, thawing is important for bacon and shaping hamburgers. With steak I just sear and then finish in a 170 degree oven.

@drethelin@St_Rev Nonstick pans only get messed up at high temperatures- nothing to worry about at 170 F -
