Meat, fish, eggs, bacon, cheeses, charcuterie Random green stuff if so inclined. Easy to pull off in most restaurants too. What you are saying is that change is difficult and i do agree.

I did it for several years. I know what's involved. I'm also very, very poor.

It takes a deep change in approach, indeed. Esp if budget constrained. When I started 3yrs ago I still followed "standard" eating patterns, but then realize it's indeed highly inefficient and costly on low carb.
