The wife used to have RLS, though it seems to have subsided. I think it might have been one of the meds she was on and is no longer taking.

There are things that aggravate mine (sucralose, nightshades) and things that help (magnesium) but even compensating for that it's torture.

She has had some vitamin deficiencies in the past, so perhaps it was something like that: magnesium.

I get rls, but I can usually stave it off with supplements.

Magnesium helps me but I still need tramadol and a liver-killing amount of tylenol.
