Google translate chokes on that. If I separate it into 'Satisfaktions fähigkeit' it gives 'satisfaction ability' but asks 'Did you mean: Satisfaktionsfähigkeit'. Which it can't translate.
It’s a bit archaic. Basically people you accept as equals (the ‘ability’) to duel in disputed matters of honor (the ‘satisfaction’)
So, "capable of giving legal satisfaction" (implicitly, to a dispute/conflict related to honor)
