might fuck around and try consuming massively more caffeine to see if it helps with concentration and motivation issues otoh, too much caffeine makes me anxious also diminishing returns? probably wouldn't work sustainably?

citicholine (aka CDP choline) is available at most outlets that do vitamins and supplements. I order mine online, and I know that amazon in the US def has it because I've sent it to people before to try. -
I don't take it every day, but when I do it's to manage morning brain fog and my brain is just not getting with it so I can get on with my life and be productive. 200-400mg with strong green tea (shibucha)/matcha depending on how bad it is and it kicks in in about 20-30min.
