Minnie came by last night. His left forepaw is a bit swollen and he's favoring it. Poor guy. Spending more time sitting with the kitten. Just now she decided my lap was a good place to sit and purr for a while.
Another of Little Mama's kittens. She was born in, I think September or August, I only really started to have a chance to socialize her at all starting in January.

I've had good luck with street kittens, but I haven't been placing them for adoption I guess Also a high tolerance for cat scratches

I have two I took off the street in very similar circumstances (they're related to this one, in fact). One is great with me but shy with other people, the other one is...limited, even with me. Neither one would do well with a new family.

If you don't get to them by six weeks, they never get completely tame, or so I hear.
-
Tame enough for me, I suppose.
-
The calculation here is, will they become tame enough for a stranger to want to adopt them? I can't take any more, I have four already and I'm very poor.

She comes by for food and (lately) cuddles but she lives in the cab of a junked pickup across the street.
-
That actually sounds p good, speaking as a cat
