my mother and aunt both had problem with their nervous system that needed surgery and it starts by losing feeling in your hands and feet and then you start experiencing tons of pain hope I dont get that hahahahahaha!

In my case it was chronic pyridoxine toxicity (which takes a lot of work and stupidity to pull off). Diabetes is the most common cause but you'd be seeing other symptoms long before this.

i don't think i'm at risk for this particularly but sometimes im a mild paranoid/hypochondriac. Are there other significant risk factors? if you're willing to tell me how did you get it

Pyridoxine is vitamin B6. It's a neurotoxin in high doses, but you have to take a ton of shady "nutritional supplements" daily for years to develop problems.
