Cheap but adequate: Panasonic models e.g. on Amazon.

The lower-end ones are usually under $10 a pair, like these: https://smile.amazon.com/Panasonic-Headphones-RP-TCM120-K-Ergonomic-Comfort-Fit/dp/B003EM8008/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1545651675&sr=8-3&keywords=panasonic+earbuds …

Weird. I often get odd stuff when I tweet Amazon links. The cheap Panasonic in-ears lack only durability (must buy new ones occasionally) and strike me as having good audio quality (but I have some hearing loss in each ear). Almost every pair of in-ears from Dollar Tree is bad.

after mention of macrocephaly it's now somehow impossible not to read this as a word balloon coming directly from yr avatar my head's merely subclinically large but fwiw I recently got a $10 Family Dollar 2-for-1 headphone/earbud set and like it ok

it's the only 2-for-1 box set in the store whenever I see it so if you see one at all, that's probably it

Senn HD280 have very good isolation and I can wear them all day. Not that cheap but my first pair lasted seven years.
