Won't stand up to close scruitny, serious actors will do it themselves instead of trusting a service, but it might be a nice way to pollute mass biometric surveillance.

Pretty much any makeup can fuzz some details if you know what you're doing. Face outline is harder, that's what the mouthguards are for.
