Putting someone under a camera under stress and then sifting frame by frame to find the ugliest possible instant is obnoxious and a good way to generate false emotional connections. As someone with Tourette's syndrome, I have to be aware of this kind of thing.

I think I understand most of what you're saying. Do you mind more explicitly relating Tourette's to this sort of thing? Is it just that you're more aware of how minute expressions can be exploited to mean something unintended?
