yeah, I really don't think they're equivalent. by definition the abrahamic tri-omni god can't embody the daoist virtue bc that'd imply a virtuous god would refuse to be god

tho ntymi I *like* the idea of a religion whose cosmology is god creates everything and then exemplifies virtue by resigning from post as god leaving us in an unruled universe, and would consider signing up or at least taking a leaflet, but that is def not orthodox christianity
