Good garlic is out of season again. Back to tiny cloves... Maybe I should just shove them into a garlic press unpeeled. But I gave away my press and instead shred peeled ones with a Microplane grater.
No, you get two bowls of equal size, put the cloves in one, put the other on top to make a sphere, then shake the bowls violently so the cloves bounce around. The shells crack and pull away from the cloves.

Didn’t try it this time because the cloves were unusually easy to peel. I’ll keep it in mind, though.
