If you think you’d be okay with a mostly-no-variety diet, you can get cases of frozen premade burger patties and treat them as your Standard Food Unit. Microwave to thaw and/or cook, sear and season to make tasty. Consume, clean up, and continue with your life.

Frozen premade is a mark up on price and several marks down on quality. I'm extremely picky about meat quality/freshness. And suggesting I microwave them is, I hope, not a _deliberate_ insult.

But that is part of the problem: meat spoils fast, is frequently of poor quality, and is easy to ruin.

Retrying the basic concept: buy bulk ground beef of the preferred quality/price point, premake your own patties once a week in large batches, stash in freezer, keep a day or two’s worth in the fridge, and each time you cook one, move one from freezer to fridge.

The point being to simplify the entire process so that you’re not worrying about logistics any more and can instead just do it. Make food routine; a boring afterthought instead of a richly rewarding part of your life.
