The latter two were around since at least the late 70s, and the "Hey Moscow" shirt is famously in the first HIGHLANDER movie in '86.
(I haven't seen vintage pics of the first two in late 70s/early 80s but have read text descriptions of them being worn then.)
FWIW, I have no memory of seeing anything like those in the '80s, despite growing up in a pretty conservative area. Not saying they couldn't have existed, but I don't think they were widespread.
