A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet. You actually object to the reason for the change, and the people who want to change. Not the fact of change. If a new term emerges, e.g. google something vs. searching the internet, most adopt, few complain. It's not sorcery.

Demand is a word you use, to make someone you don't like sound more aggressive. The article asks for organic growth, "Let's change that." being a call to fellows to change together. Yet you insist there is an injury, that you are "demanded of." Fun.
