Ultraviolence is a high-variance strategy for sure, but I guess one Jingis Khan is enough to make for a lot of genotypal aficionados. I guess the silver lining is – most modern dictators aren’t very prolific; still seems high-variance so hypermurder seems to become maladaptive.
