Housemates are having the roof fixed/replaced this weekend. Thunderstorm front came through, roofers put up a tarp and skedaddled. Tarp got blown off west side of house, water started coming through the pantry light socket.

Damage is probably not that big a deal, assuming we don't get a thunderstorm overnight. And fortunately it's not on me to sort out. Sent pics to housemates though.

Oh! And yes, take LOTS & lots of pics -- buy a disposable if you have to. Doing multiple video inventories (or at least showing the damage) WILL be useful, so..do that.
