Note that the subhed says "off the coast of Seattle", but the article says the mussels were transplanted to "urban locations". Furthermore, mussels in only 3 of those 18 locations tested positive, which strongly suggests levels were barely detectible.

Get probably-microscopic positive readings at 3 out of 18 locations, negative at 15 of 18.
