    This is an excellent point: some of the difficulty many L/payers have is that there is no transparency about how editorial decisions are made. It’s like the NHS in 1960s where the public were expected to just take everything on ‘trust’ Hey Nick, things have changed

    Yes especially the minimal coverage in Scotland of what should be a major Scottish story. Unfortunately it's been branded a northern Ireland story, makes it awfully easy for Scots to miss. And of course keeps the heat of the Scottish Tories who should be being challenged.
