It does what it’s supposed. My coworker’s fiancé is immunocompromised, she got the shot and she did get covid (mild symptoms). She felt better after 3 days and gets tested again tomorrow. The vaccine taught her body what to do. Coworker still testing negative.

Or maybe wear a mask every time you are in public place, indoors, to prevent acquiring the infection in the first place...especially in a high prevalence area.
Fauci, CDC, calling for masks indoors even if vaccinated.
Half the USA is vulnerable to #COVID19 -
How long do we protect the people who have refused vaccines for months? I’ll protect kids and compromised people, but there’s no reason for them to keep waiting. None.

I disagree. If you are vaccinated and get it, you can still spread it to others even if you are asymptomatic

If masks truly do anything constructive . . . it's to protect others from the wearer . . . not the wearer from others.

My zip code is 80% vaxxed. Everyone in my house is vaxxed. No one with health issues. Will wear mask in stores to be respectful of those with young kids and immune issues. But honestly - that is it.

That is too confusing and puts the onus on every individual to know how prevalent the virus is in their area. We’re seeing a surge in every state…the safest and easiest advice is for everyone to wear masks indoors…vaccinated or not. Honestly, that shouldn’t have changed in May!
