Hey @TeamYouTube, are you able to confirm if there's a bug with processing videos beyond 360p at the moment? 2 days in a row I've had to re-upload videos because they would not process beyond that resolution. Thanks.

I've been having that bug since before Christmas. Only fix was to upload after 10 mins if it didn't go to 1080p. I know it sometimes takes longer to process but for time critical videos it's better to just re-upload straight away i reckon.

The video I put live was the 2nd time I tried uploading today. Time sensitive content can't wait, I had no choice but to post in 360p even though I'd rather wait.
