@GalvinAlmanza I will tell you that under Lacey and others in L.A., that was the ONLY criteria. I had a mentor who told me that I needed 50 trials to promote in one year. Only had 18. If you’re filing cases, there’s even more pressure because you aren’t doing jury trials. You have to show your work by getting filing numbers up. If case is borderline you file it for the stat and let the trial deputy worry about providing it or settling it!
