Presumably as an employer based in London you're aware of your duty under the Equality Act to not discriminate against employees on the grounds of belief.

Inclusive of whom? Inclusive of different opinions? Welcoming of diversity of thought? If you we're truly inclusive you would also welcome different opinions and not require someone to take some time away for voicing them.

If you are a UK firm, you have just admitted discriminating against the protected characteristic of belief. You can't pick and choose which forms of discrimination you want to practise and which you want to carry out

Christian is entirely right to be concerned about social and medical transitioning of autistic children. I speak as one with an autism dx, who's raised an asc son to adulthood, with training as a specialist teacher working with autistic youth. It is you that needs educating.
