I think for ease of play and text you're going to have to do one effect. Also, giving everything taunt is bonkers
true but a card that becomes offensive or defensive depending on your health would be so cool.

This card would be fun to play with, I like having conditional modes. Card is way to strong, but good concept.

I think the 2nd effect is kinda cool. Mabe 'If you have 15 or less health give all minions in your hand taunt'
