I know a lot of ppl won't want to hear this but hard work doesn't always lead to being the most skilled. Some of the best players in the world got there despite putting in relatively little effort while others grind their asses and never get anywhere.

i think a lot of people think they are practicing when in reality they are just playing the game, they are not looking deep into it
Exactly, which often won’t do anything for you but can sometimes have the opposite effect. Bad practice leads to bad habits/conclusions
