Most people in the Competitive community agreed that OWL pools were working great so why use Competitive match data, even if it is from high level play. We saw a Torb meta, Soldier meta, y'all should further change it to Bans being determined from OWL play rates.

We needed a system that still works when OWL is in offseason or on a break. And we looked at the play rate stats and there's a lot of consistency in OWL vs. high-ranked competitive play, so the results should be very similar.
