They literally add content to the original videos by giving their opinions, reactions and other shit. Should let’s players be unable to make money simply because they play a game and that game doesn’t belong to them? They change it by adding commentary

it is simply not fair to me if the other party gets nothing out of it, if the other party does get something very equal out of it then it's to me fair use but big youtubers taking something from a small youtuber thats not fair

well i do make an exception there as players pay for the game making the publisher money now if that player pirated the game and made money off making videos of it then thats different, fair use is not a perfect law but that doesn't mean i don't know how it works
