  1. Man sentenced for guiding unlawful hunts in Noatak National Preserve - Paul Silvis, age 52, must serve 6mo. home confinement, 5yrs supervised release, 200hrs community service, pay $20,000 to the Lacey Act Reward Fund, & is banned from hunting in Alaska.
