Mr. Volker, why has the Trump admin. forbidden Ukraine from using the newly delivered javelin missiles in East Ukraine to defend against putin's invasion? Does the U.S. place any such restrictions on any other countries (Israel, Afghanistan, Iraq) that have rec'd mil. aid?
