As I’ve said before, the only place in Ukraine where Russian-speakers are at risk is where there are Russian soldiers. And now a new risk:https://twitter.com/usembassykyiv/status/984780172284047360 …

My latest in the @KyivPost on the stalled peace process in #Ukraine and how to get it back on track, steps towards peace and reconciliation start with recognising the reality of the root causes of this war. Minsk III. https://www.kyivpost.com/article/opinion/op-ed/paul-niland-prospects-minsk-iii.html …

Paul, we don't need Minsk 3. Or 5. Or 10. Russia want to consume Ukraine at all costs. If the agreement serves this goal - they will follow. Otherwise - result will be the same.

Who are “Russian-speakers”? Did you ever hear that 1000-year culture of multi million Russian people is being destroyed by Ukraine? History, language, names?

Russia was not even on the map 1,000 years ago! What are you lying about? Rewriting history again? Muscovy changed its name to russia late 18th century. So, what kind of desinformation you are pushing on us again?
