Russia is a guarantor of the Minsk agreements, like France and Germany. Kiev violates the agreement, why the sanctions against Russia, where sanctions against France and Germany? Read the Minsk Agreements and do not write nonsense.

Unfortunate but what exactly is the verifiable factual proof (no innuendoes or speculations please) of those interfering individuals being affiliated with the Russian state? Everyone local speaks Russian on that territory so the language spoken doesn't prove such affiliation.
