GOP Rep. Steve Stivers, a budget hawk when Obama was president, voted for Trump's deficit-expanding tax cuts. Now, in an interview with @JohnJHarwood, he's advocating for cuts to Social Security and Medicare as a way to trim the deficit. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/08/20/gop-rep-steve-stivers-urges-medicare-social-security-reform.html … …

How about fully funding social security or bringing infrastructure or healthcare bills to the floor? How about Puerto Rico of Flint Michigan? How about spending some time going after the pharmaceutical companies that are the purveyors of opiods? How about caring?

.@SpeakerRyan You #Republicans have destroyed our country. You voted to give the rich 2.7 Trillion dollars of our #Socialsecurity fund. Now you’re spending more money. Tell your #Republican supporters when the monthly checks will stop 🛑. No money left.

.@AndyPridemore .@SpeakerRyan This is a crazy man, he will vote for #republicans knowing they passed #tariffs so we can pay the rich $20 to $200/week. The #Tariff money goes into the US treasury to pay for the massive tax cuts for the rich. Shame on them all

Our defense is already OVER FUNDED. How about we stop robbing valuable resources from assets that aid the public, to build detention centers for children & instead Reinstate the Family Case Management Program that had a stellar record & allowed immigrant families to stay together

Of course, that's always the goal, but in lieu of taking funds from cancer research and SNAP programs, to build facilities which house immigrant children, reopen the Family Case Management Program. This Program was canceled in 2017 as too $$. Cheaper and more humane than camps.

so to work on these tasks in the correct order. Stop/Change the flow by changing the laws and building a wall. Then based on the need modify those items .
