Trump has no plan for Syria except assuring he doesn't offend Putin. He gave Putin many warnings, Twitter, phone calls, allowing Putin to remove Russian assets and shield Syrian military personnel and equipment. The main objective is, "can we please build Trump Tower Moscow?"
