Thank you for call out Paul Ryan. Ryan and McConnell ultimately determine what gets debated and voted upon in Congress. All this BS is their fault. They are enabling Trump when they could end it. They are ignoring guns when they could fix it. Ryan/McConnell are the roadblocks.
