No one owes anyone anything- personal accountability should be the issue. Lots of other factors besides guns that you ignore for some reason. Politics will not solve this problem nor more gun control.

"Truly effective" are the key words. This means we have to have a plan that deals with the underlying causes of this violence. Restricting 2A rights is not "truly effective" so I hope you are being "truly honest".

Why don't you enact a national database to track all sales of ammo? One has to use DL or SS# male online sales of ammo illegal. Law enforcement are notified of any large or multiple purchases.
