There’s already provisions for that. Enforce the laws we have. You can’t even do that. Schools are a gun free zone focus on that instead of trying to punish law biding Americans. I know that goes against everything you believe but, that’s what needs to be done

It wouldn’t be overnight. The ‘94-‘04 ban grandfathered owners and +/-600 types/models were still sold. Banned firearms weren manufactured during that time. Yes, change a screw here or a bolt there and it’s a new gun by easily finding loopholes. But it’s a place to start.
Grandfather clauses are bs. Not having them would make a big difference
