If you haven’t heard, the Supreme Court just refused to expedite their consideration of a Trump Admin challenge to court rulings that are currently blocking @realDonaldTrump’s attempt to end #DACA. This is welcome news. #ProtectDREAMers
The Supreme Court’s action shows that rescinding DACA was not only legally questionable, but also unjust and cruel. But only Congress can provide the permanent solution our #DREAMers need and deserve.

The Supreme Court was just doing their job, you dimwit. They rarely usurp the lower courts and you know that! They said nothing about it being illegal, unjust or cruel. SMH

It was not legally questionable. The original action by Obama was legally questionable. He had no legal right to do it. Even the name says it's temporary. "Deferred" action!

Well now we know why Congress is broken. Not only do the members not know the Constitution neither does the leadership.
SCOTUS only kept precedent the practice of not reviewing cases that were not “ripe for appeal”, it did not offer or even consider #DACA in that decision. Why are you trying to conflate and divide? I mean besides the fact that lying and political divisiveness are your nature.
