Nope they just turned this Independent into a Democrat! And I don’t know a single Independent willing to vote for any republicans!

The current GOP is not the same GOP as years ago when at least some principles & integrity were more important than greed. And past Reublicans in general put country over party, & certainly didn' t conspire with Russia or shrug off fact Putin is a murderer. I' m not Repub.

I'm wondering how a blatant violation of States' rights is being allowed?? Doesn't this also bring into question federal violation of the Interstate Commerce Clause? I'm well aware this move is because Sessions is a racist and nothing more. How is he getting around these laws?

Nonsense, I'm afraid. While in a minority, there's nothing Democrats can do--and yet, we've managed to stall or stop MANY of the GOP's worst laws. But nothing gets to a vote unless Ryan or McConnell allow it to. ELECT DEMOCRATS if you don't like Congress now.
