Voters arrived at the polls to find missing or outdated roll books. Conveniently the out of date books were missing the newly registered voters. In CA that was minorities & younger voters who favored Bernie. Some polling stations had only roll books for certain letters.

So if you showed up and your last name began with an N but their books ended in M, they said sorry you can’t vote. It took ppl make a big stink before the N thru Z books were magically found. Poll worker training didn’t include information on what to do for votetsregistered NPP

NPP is the equivalent of independent. NPP was not mentioned in the training manual. When asked managers told poll workers to give them provisional ballots. That was incorrect and some poll workers pushed back. They were told that they could only give ppl a ballot for the Dem +

primary if the person said “I want a Democratic Crossover ballot” even so many were still given generic ballots w/ no choices for Dem nominee or aprovisional ballot. Many polls were understaffed and poll station managers were unavailable to resolve issues.
