Which is exactly what the dream act would do. I have lived here since I was 5 my whole family is a green card holder or citizen, Except for me. I am the only one who graduated HS, college and is working on a masters degree. There is something wrong with this picture.

Because the immigration system is broken. When my parents became citizens, I was over 18 which means I am no longer under their “wing” so they were not able to sponsor me, I am on a processing wait for 15 years. My citizen brothers filed for me but the wait is 30 years.
