Hahahahahaha, nobody has died from smoking pot. Opioids are the issue and guess what, pot helps to keep people from going down that road and recovering from opioid addiction.

There have been people who died after smoking pot it's like any other drug or alcohol people try to operate Machinery or Motor Vehicles while under the influence and accidents happen never singled out smoking pot as a major cause of death

I would argue why do you need a license to marry or to carry concealed ?
