If my patients had the money to buy insurance or pay the copays they would show up at appt.. they are now getting dropped by carriers due to preexisting conditions

Well this is why Obama Care needs to be reformed. Because all the people that are receiving free health care that are capable and able to work are making the people that need it the most lose their health care. This is something that will be revised but Obama screwed them.

Yea, that's not how this works at all. You see, 50% of us get ins through our employer, 50% don't. What keeps it cheap are govt subsidies to the ins companies (Trump stopped paying) and young, healthy people buying in. (not buying because the penalty is cheaper than ins)

Your misguided outrage is the shell game GOP plays with your emotions. The idea that Mr. Obama was up to something nefarious is pure confabulation. I think if it was wholly his decision, we'd have socialized medicine. But we don't because people are afraid of their own ignorance.

I'm terrified!. My family would be devasted by this plan. We are self employed & if we couldn't count on deductions we would be out of business. Plus if premiums rise cuz healthy people opted out of health ins we would have to quit that too. This would be a living nightmare!!!!!

Democrats raised state and local taxes unchecked by telling the public it’s no big deal because you can deduct them on your federal tax returns. Thank God that is ending now. Why should the rest of the country be held accountable for their out of control state and local taxes

I'm not going to post my financials on a public forum. But I can tell you that I live in a state with high state income taxes, I have high property taxes, and I claim a number of other deductions. I don't like paying high state and local taxes, but its not like I can control that

The tax bill is still sketchy, but I'm going by public accounts and running the numbers. Things might shift, but with current scenarios it's going to have an impact on my wallet. I'm a GOP voter, and it's infuriating that with a GOP Pres and Congress this is happening.
