Curious why Nancy didn't change the rules when she was speaker. These aren't new rules implemented by Ryan.

They weren't enforced under Speaker Pelosi. Speaker Ryan began to selectively enforce the dress code.

The timing of Speaker Ryan's enforcement is telling, since women are under a microscope right now. It sounds as if he is now rethinking.

As a woman, what the females are wearing DOESN'T MATTER. Running the country and getting out traitors DOES MATTER. Period.

To be forced to dress in a way that is not demanded anywhere else in America? Yea why would they wanna change that right?

There are dress codes all over the place. A little decorum and professionalism can be expected. A 23 year old gamer might not get it.

Obviously if it was like everywhere else it wouldn't be a problem. The situation is it's unjustly strict for no reason and attuned for men

In Italy people were refused entrance to churches in shorts or shoulders showing. Codes are needed because many lack class and good taste
