Artificially supported populations always suffer. Local resources still can't sustain them. Only plan to fight famine is reduce birth rate.

We have enough land mass that would supply nutritious food for ever. There's no reason for any human or animal to ever go hungry.

If the resources in an area can't sustain the population in the area, it has strayed from natural way and will always need outside support.

Sustainable and locally grown food is part of the solution. We are destroying large agricultural lands by developing.
