No doubt it was, but what are the Democrats currently doing to fix the issues with the ACA? Stop finger pointing already!
#TrumpCare was about spite. It was brought up because they loved the optics of a vote on ACA's 7th annv -- not because it was a good idea.

The major problems with the ACA are due to states refusing the Medicaid expansion, states (1)

not making their own exchanges, and the program being underfunded when republicans took over.

States that did these things have great results. Pulling the funding for co-ops screwed me.
