@JoneBosworth When look other countries.. entitlement spend by gov has to have offset. If passed to bus, either reduce jobs or raise price -
@JoneBosworth I am all for child care tax incentive savings accounts..you set aside care $ from pay and it is before tax. Poor have programs -
