Nancy, if you weren’t determined to rush through a sham impeachment, this wouldn’t be an issue now would it?!?
You could have called all the witnesses you wanted in the House, but you didn’t. YOU screwed up! Don’t whine now.

Who's going to tell Bradley that the White House blocked all witnesses and refused to turn over a single document despite the subpoenas? I doubt he heard about any of that on Hannity, or Rush.

I was in my early 20s when the Starr Report came out. I'm embarrassed to admit that I read parts of it. It contained many sexual details that were completely unnecessary. 7 years of investigations found 1 thing. Bill lied under oath about affair. Trump lies daily.
-
You know who encouraged the inclusion of those salacious details in the report? None other than George Conway.

66 witnesses, 3 at the Senate trial for a guy who lied about consensual sex. Those were the days. 90,000 pages of documents. Trump has blocked 71 document requests from the House and every witness he could AND HE STILL GOT IMPEACHED. As you so correctly stated, that is forever.
-
It's astonishing, isn't it? I remember thinking at the same that 1) no one should ever have asked him the question and 2) if anyone was ever going to lie, that was the appropriate time to do it -- none of anyone's business. Still furious at Ken Starr.

In the Clinton impeachment, the house vote included both democrats and republicans voting in favor of the articles. Instead, you forced them through, because you had the votes and did not need bipartisan support. Ironically, the votes against impeachment were bipartisan.
-
Funny how it's only "forced" or "rammed down our throats" when Republicans don't like it, despite being included and given plenty of time to discuss in Town Halls. Unlike how GOP did with tax cuts for their wealthy donors. Impeachment wouldn't be partisan if GOP upheld oaths.
