Since when was DACA law? I thought it was only a directive and an illegal one at that as said by the person that made it.
-
No one remembers, conveniently, come that Obama said that DACA was probably against the law, and that's why he had to do it by executive order.

1) Act like the Speaker of the House...not the President by trying to intimidate or influence a court, especially when you may need them. 2) No they don’t have to uphold. 3) The “Do-Nothing” Democrat’s ... find some honorable people & pass some legislation. 4) Impeach Biden.

They must uphold the Constitution not lower court rulings.
-
That is correct and the Constitution says, The Constitution's first three words—We the People—affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens. Not to one individual for their own personal gains.

@SpeakerPelosi became the speaker of illegal immigrants because she cannot control her own house. Like all illegal immigrants DACA must go. - 1 more reply

Apparently, you forgot the supreme court upholds the constitution and laws of America. The lower courts do not override the supreme court. You think speaker of the house has more power than POTUS. How silly of you.

The Supreme Court is a check on the lower courts Nancy. The Supreme Court DOES NOT have to uphold rulings of lower courts. Major reason why the Supreme Court was created. Good Grief.
