He had just given a 5 min. answer.

Um... no. Aside from being able to use it directly to quote the transcript, these could also be interpreted as incredulity i.e. Trump calls it a Favor but Pelosi may mot be comfortable using "Favor" to describe what she thinks is "Extortion".

Trump had BOTH HOUSES of Congress for 2 years. He could have pushed through ANYTHING he wanted to. So, where is the infrastructure proposal, the 'cheaper covers everyone' health care plan? The House has been sending bills up to the Senate & #MoscowMitch won't hold votes.
